Vice President of Human Resources / 54731
We are currently seeking candidates for a Vice President of Human Resources roles for an established and growing organization in the Syracuse, NY area.
This VP of HR position is a REMOTE OPPORTUNITY but you must live in upstate NY and be able to commute to Syracuse, NY as needed.
This is a key role of the senior leadership team, directing and coordinating human resources and employment functions in a remote work environment. The VP of HR is responsible for the day to day management of all HR functions.
Duties Include:
- Providing leadership, direction, coaching and development for all Human Resources functions
- Oversight of recruitment efforts, including, interviewing, hiring, employee orientations and training
- Ensuring compliance with all human resources and employment regulatory requirements
- Establishing and conducting performance and evaluation processes as well as salary review programs
- Serve as a liaison between managers and executive team concerning human resources matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree highly preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS, and Microsoft Office
- Must live close enough to Syracuse, NY to attend meetings as needed
