Technical Recruiting Assistant

CPS Recruitment is now hiring a Technical Recruiting Assistant to focus on Engineering Recruitment.  This position will work alongside a current top performer and will be afforded outstanding opportunity for career progression.  The ideal candidate will be highly organized, driven and results-oriented with exceptional professionalism and people skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
  • Identify and source technical candidates using various recruitment tools such as: Monster, CareerBuilder, internal database, and social media outlets
  • Prequalify candidates and document results
  • Provide candidate recommendations to Senior Recruiter for client submission


Requirements include:

  • AAS degree with 3-5+ years of professional administrative experience; or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field with 1-2+ years of administrative work experience
  • Superior telephone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent typing and Microsoft Office skills
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within this position
