TRAINING CENTER COORDINATOR
TRAINING CENTER COORDINATOR (52014)
HOURS: 8:30am – 5:15pm, Monday – Friday (flexible on start/end times)
PAY RATE: $16.00/hr.
CPS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious safety and training company in Syracuse, NY to find a Training Center Coordinator to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Schedule Instructor Development & Continuing Education Courses
- Review and qualify instructors application and resumes to determine eligibility; obtain state agency approval
- Answer telephones and provide administrative / clerical support to staff
- Process new and renewal state agency licensing for training centers and instructors
- Order training materials and forms
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree or related experience REQUIRED
- 2 or more years of experience in an office /customer service environment; Accounting experience desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Excel is a must
