CPS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a growing company in the Syracuse, NY area. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary range is $50 - $55K with a full benefits package.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of the applicable state/federal statutes and regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to obtain facts that assure that information is complete and accurate.
- Ability to read, assimilate, and recall with marked proficiency facts, figures and descriptions, and to search for and obtain information.
- Effective verbal and written communication (bilingual – Spanish/English a plus)
- Ability and willingness to work with other departments, the general public, and other agency personnel, furnishing and obtaining information.
- Ability to travel by automobile 20-25% of the time.
- Apply problem solving to analytical principles effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- One (1) to three (3) years of Recruiting experience
