CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established, 24 hour call center in Downtown Syracuse to find a Receptionist / Purchasing Assistant to become a vital part of their growing team.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Greet and sign in guests; issue visitor badges
  • Answer guest inquiries in person or by telephone
  • Work closely with Purchasing Dept. to handle supply orders
  • Ensure company purchasing policies and procedures are met
  • Other administrative tasks as required 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
