in East Syracuse, NY to find
Customer Service / Sales Associates
to become a vital part of their team!
HOURS: All shifts; must be able to work one weekend day and some holidays
PAY RATE: $13.00/hr.+ DOE
These fantastic temp-to-hire positions are a combination of sales and customer service, and you must provide your own equipment, WiFi, and High Speed Internet.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain customer account records
- Sell products and insurance
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service/call center experience; sales experience is a plus!
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Bi-lingual candidates a plus!
