Operations Manager (100-125K)
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Manager in the Syracuse, NY area.
Your Role:
- Develop the Operations structure for a growing custom CNY Engineering Firm
- Create and establish new electronics manufacturing and assembly processes for reliability and repeatability
- Administer the Quality Management Systems
- Oversee Procurement and Inventory
- Manage resources for facility projects including floor layout and creation of work bench / stations
- Identify and hire operations staff
Background Profile:
- BS in Engineering or related degree
- Able to perform multiple functions while building and growing a team
- Experience with high end, low volume / custom manufacturing
