Office Administrator

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (52302)

HOURS:          8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

PAY RATE:    $11.50 - $12.50/hr. DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a family-owned manufacturer located in Liverpool, NY to find an Office Administrator to join their team!

This temp-to-hire position offers great day-time hours and a convenient location on the bus-line!  This established company values their employees and offers 401K, paid time off and health benefits when hired on!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Processing daily checks, deposits, and payments
  • Filing
  • Open mail and prep mail to go out daily
  • Responsible for copiers and toners
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
