OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (51769)
HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
PAY RATE: $12.50 - $13.00/hr. DOE
CPS Recruitment is partnering with a family-owned manufacturer located in Liverpool, NY to find an Office Administrator to join their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Track customer orders to ensure that delivery dates are met from expediting notes
- File, scan and edit documents
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Business preferred
- 2 years relevant administrative experience required
- Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
