Position Summary

An outstanding company located in New Hartford, NY is looking to bring on a new Marketing & Events Manager.  In this position you will oversee all company marketing and arrange 2 annual conference for their clients.  This is a Direct Hire Opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
  • Budgeting and planning of marketing projects and events
  • Organize and plan all company events
  • Prepare event materials and ensure their successful completion through to delivery at event
  • Manage company trade show attendance to include: management of conference contracts, shipment of materials, processing of union agreements, booth location confirmation and prospect consultation follow-up
  • Design print ads and publications
  • Set-up onsite event logistics, including set up and event flow
  • Organize travel arrangements including: hotel rooms and manage room blocks, where applicable
  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role in addition to Event Planning
  • Budget management skills and proficiency

Salary: 60K+
