Manufacturing Operations Manager (110 - 140K)
We have an immediate opening available for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to work for an industry leading manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager will report to a General Manager and be responsible for the successful execution of department operations.
Key Duties:
- Oversee and manage direct reports in: Machining, Assembly, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement departments
- Foster the development of manufacturing processes and equipment for improved quality and cost efficiency
- Create and lead continuous improvement efforts to thru root cause and corrective actions
- Provide department expense and capital planning
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related
- Previous Management experience in a Manufacturing setting
- Experience leading Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement groups is desired
