Engineering Sales Manager / 54811
We have an exciting role as the Engineering Sales Manager for a large and stable company in the Central New York area. This individual will work to increase profitability and ensure customer satisfaction through sales team motivation and management.
Salary Range is $125 - $145K plus bonus program and car allowance. The company offers outstanding benefits and significant room for growth within in the organization.
Job Duties Include:
- Managing and leading all sales and customer service activity for the group to ensure continuous growth
- Setting measurable sales goals for account managers and creating action plans for targeted areas of growth
- Creating and implementing strategic sales plans
- Monitoring team monthly / yearly sales goals and providing training and direction
- Understanding all products and providing pricing strategy for all markets
- Provide leadership for and establish team though hiring, training, performance evaluations, etc.
- Provide direction for establishing new customers and ensuring growth
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams across multiple functions and locations.
- Experience in Engineering Manufacturing sales, including quoting component level assemblies
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRP Software (SAP is preferred).
