Machine Operator (55154)
HOURS: 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
2nd shift: 3:00pm-1:00am (Mon-Thurs)
PAY RATE: $14.00-$16.00/hr DOE
An established, fast paced manufacturer in Syracuse NY, is partnering with CPS Recruitment to find Machine Operator to join their team!
This temp-to-hire position offers first shift hours, great benefits once hired on, and paid time off!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operate machinery safely according to company policies
- Follow job specifications as detailed on the job card
- Record start and completion of jobs
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process inspection
- Advise lead operator or plant manager of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends production until issue is resolved
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years machine operator experience
- Basic math and language skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude
- A high school diploma or GED
