Responsibilities
- Support of internal and remote teams
- Support and assistance with software, hardware, auxiliary devices
- Contribution of new ideas and recommendations, willingness to be creative and wear many different hats
Background Profile
- Associates degree required
- Demonstration of a strong willingness to learn
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of hands-on technical knowledge of laptop and desktop design, software installation, and Windows server management including AD in a production environment
- Familiarity with standard tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
