Human Resources Generalist / 55152
A well-established manufacturer in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. As the Human Resources Generalist you will assist with day-to-day HR functions; including benefits, compensation, new employee processing, and supporting existing employees.

Key duties will include:
- Providing information to employees using knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and system resources
- Working with HR team and management to ensure compliance on all policies and procedures
- Maintaining information in the HR database in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling confidential matters with tact and diplomacy using independent judgment
- Handling all of the day-to-day HR functions, including recruiting for open positions
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related, preferred
- 3-5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and judgment, and an ability to work collaboratively with various levels
- Outstanding attention to detail, planning and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently in a deadline driven environment
