Forklift Operator (54976)
HOURS: 2nd shift
PAY: $16.50/hr.
CPS Recruitment is partnering with an employee-owned, Syracuse area company, to find an experienced Forklift Operator to join their team!
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, which offers a company matched 401K, excellent benefits, and profit sharing options once hired on.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operate a sit-down, propane forklift
- Unload 6 - 12 trucks per day
- Pick product off production floor and trailers - with and without skids
- Organize units efficiently to properly feed production lines
- Receive units into inventory system
- Tag finished products with proper information
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sit-down propane forklift experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong math skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume production facility
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and strong organization skills
- High School Diploma or GED
