CPS Recruitment is partnering with a family-owned manufacturer located in Liverpool, NY to find a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative to join their team!

This temp-to-hire position offers great day-time hours and a convenient location on the bus-line!  This established company values their employees and offers 401K, paid time off and health benefits when hired on!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer customer inquiries on product, pricing and availability
  • Develop and maintain positive client/customer relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s desired
  • 2 years of related sales or telemarketing experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
