Customer Support Associate

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (51368)


HOURS:          8am - 5pm or 9am - 6 pm, Monday – Friday

                        Flexibility to be able to work until 8pm

PAY RATE:      $16.00-$17.00/hr. DOE

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•    Answer a high volume of telephone calls and emails
•    Address customer questions and complaints
•    Process and track orders
•    Update and maintain database

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree desired
•    Customer service/call center experience
•    Must be able to type 55 WPM with accuracy
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
