CPS Recruitment is partnering with customer service oriented lighting and wiring facility in Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Support Associate to become a vital part of their Call Center focused team! Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • Answer a high volume of telephone calls
  • Address customer questions and complaints
  • Process orders
  • Work closely with other departments in the office

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Call center experience required
  • Minimum of Associates degree required
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills - must be able to type 55+ WPM
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

 

 

Applicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.

 

HOURS: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm but must have flexibility until 8pm.

 

PAY RATE: $16.00-$17.00/hr. DOE
