Customer Support Manager (55049)

HOURS:  Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

PAY RATE: $22.00/hr. +DOE

CPS Recruitment is partnering with an established company in East Syracuse, NY to find a Customer Support Manager to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer customer phone calls and maintain files
  • Set up new customers in database
  • Enter orders, ensure orders are processed and send invoices
  • Process returns in accordance with policies and guidelines
  • Monitor customer support mailbox
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tracking
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Accounting degree desired
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
