Customer Service Representative

CPS Recruitment is partnering with Verisma in Syracuse, NY to find experienced Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their team!

listener this is the job for you!

HOURS: Monday – Friday, Hours are flexible between 8:00am – 6:30pm

PAY RATE: $14.00/hr.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer high-volume phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with status of requests, invoices/fee issues, etc.
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong Customer service experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively and independently
