Customer Service Representative
Ecommerce Customer Care Representative (52180)
HOURS: Seeking open availability, ability to work flex schedule.
PAY RATE: $13.50/hr.
CPS Recruitment is partnering with a leading furniture retailer in Liverpool, NY to find an experienced Ecommerce Customer Care Representative to become a vital part of their team!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer high-volume phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with products inquiries
- Resolve customer issues
- Offer additional products and services to customers
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
- Customer service experience; in a retail setting preferred
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- BILINGUAL SPANISH A PLUS!
