Customer Service Representative (54233)
HOURS: 1st shift Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
PAY RATE: $20.00/hr.
CPS Recruitment is partnering with a family owned business located in Baldwinsville, NY to find a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This temp-to-hire position offers a great 1st shift opportunity, free parking, and the potential for growth and advancement!

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Process orders
- Order entry
- Create quotes
- Pricing
- All other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree desired or industry related experience
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
