Customer Service Representative (54877)
HOURS: 8am - 5pm
PAY RATE: $15.00
CPS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find 2 Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their team!
This is an excellent long-term, temporary opportunity with incentive raises and free parking! Train on-site in a socially distanced atmosphere with the potential to work remotely until further notice.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Data entry
- Special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree REQUIRED TO GET HIRED-ON
- Strong typing skills (40+WPM)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft work and email)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
