Call Center Representative (54790)
HOURS: 8am - 5pm or 11am - 8pm
PAY RATE: $13.00 - $15.00 DOE
Training Class Starts 2/8/21
CPS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative company in Syracuse, NY to find a 6 Call Center Representatives to become a vital part of their team!
This is an excellent long-term, temporary opportunity with incentive raises and free parking! Train on-site in a socially distanced atmosphere and then work remotely until further notice.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Data entry
- Special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Associates degree REQUIRED TO GET HIRED-ON
