HOURS: 25 hours a week

PAY RATE: $13.00/hr.

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a leading furniture retailer in Solvay, NY to find an experienced Customer Support / Office Assistant to become a vital part of their team!

This is an excellent part time / temporary opportunity with a reputable company, that has potential hired on opportunities!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage and reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pick ups with customers
  • Collect customer payments and balances
  • Maintain and update weekly delivery reports
  • Assist e-marketing campaigns
  • Other clerical duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years experience in related duties listed above
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task, analyze and solve problems
