Bookkeeper - Office Manager

Bookkeeper / Office Manager (JO 50641)

CPS Recruitment is partnering with a builder of custom homes in Syracuse, NY to find a part-time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to become a vital part of their team!  Experience with QuickBooks is a must.  If you enjoy office work and interacting with customers, apply today.  Opportunity for growth and advancement!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Administrative duties, including filing and data entry
  • Post invoices 
  • Run reports 
  • Reconcile bank accounts 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with QuickBooks is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented

Applicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.

HOURS: 9:00am – 2:00pm or 10:00am – 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

PAY RATE: $16/hr. + DOE
