A local company in Syracuse, NY that offers outsourced HR Services is looking to bring on a new Benefits Administrator due to an upcoming retirement.  In this role you will work with 300+ clients that have in total about 2000 employees that benefits are offered to.  You will coordinate: On-line Enrollment, Enter information in to the payroll system, Assist with Open-Enrollment, Track changes in database, Answer employee questions over the phone, Coordinate and Track: PFL & Workers’ Compensation FSA, HAS, COBRA, etc.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance administration
  • Experience working with multiple Excellus Health Insurance plans, AFLAC, Liberty Mutual and Guardian
  • Answer multiple support calls for a large diverse group of employees
  • Very detail oriented and able to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Good computer skills including- Microsoft office, etc

Compensation:

45K-50K
