- Be your own best booster. Write down your accomplishments. In addition to listing them on your resume and LinkedIn profile, be prepared to verbalize them during your interview.

- Do something for someone else. Volunteer, or help a friend with a problem, project or their own job hunt. This gives you a break from your situation and makes you feel good about yourself, which is very important when networking and building professional relationships.
- Stay healthy. Follow the basics: Eat well, establish a regular sleep routine, exercise, and make time for hobbies and social activities. Generate some good endorphins and you’ll literally feel your confidence level rise.
